Chef Jeff returns for another series of cooking classes with the Dighton Public Library on Wednesday, October 12 at 6:30 PM at Alice’s Last Stop. This class will demonstrate the use of fall fruit and vegetables in a variety of savory dishes. Classes are free, but registration is requested. Sign up here, or at the Library.
Jeff Burgess is a first class chef and has traveled throughout Europe studying culinary arts under the direction of master chefs. He was the Head Chef at Providence’s Trattoria Zooma, the Head Chef at H2O in Newport and also teaches adult cooking classes at Bristol-Plymouth High School.
