Lou returns to the Dighton Public Library to demonstrate upcycling. Join us on Saturday, October 21 from 10:00 to 12:00.
Lou starts the workshop with a presentation about plastic bags and the difference between recycling and upcycling. After explaining which types of plastic bags are reusable, she leads the group in creating their own upcycled fabric from a collage of plastic bags. Once the fabric is created, participants design their own bag with other materials. This program is free. This program is a great craft program for tweens and teens.
