The Dighton Library invites foodies and those interested in the local food movement to this presentation with local cookbook author Karen J. Covey on Thursday, July 21 at 6:30 at the Dighton Library at 395 Main Street in Dighton.
Ms. Covey’s book, The Coastal Table, is a cookbook (and quarterly magazine of the same name) inspired by the farmlands and seaside of Southern New England. Ms. Covey includes over 120 recipes from our regions’s most noticeable producers, farms and chefs. She will be joining us with copies of her book and samples for guests to try.
