Anne Rachin returns to the Dighton Library on Thursday, October 13 at 7:00 to discuss GMO’s – Genetically Modified Organisms. She will explain what GMO’s in the food supply means for consumers, and if we should be concerned that they are present in the vast majority of processed foods.
Anne is a member of the Bee Informed Group of the Bristol County Beekeepers Association, and has presented at the Dighton Library before on the perils our pollinators are facing in the environment. She will give special attention to the effects of GMO’s on our pollinators in this lecture, as well. Registration is suggested, but not required.
