Join Historic Commission Chair Pat Gailes on Thursday June 26th at 6:30 at Old Town Hall as she discusses the history of the building that will soon be the Dighton Public Library’s new home. For over 100 years, Smith Memorial Hall has been a part of Dighton’s story, hosting church and community events. Come learn about the Smith Family’s ties to the building and why it has held such a special place in the hearts of so many. Now, Smith Memorial Hall is starting its new chapter as the Library, and it will continue to serve the community in a whole new way.
