The Friends of the Dighton Public Library are producing a video of community voices to share with Dighton. Videos are (1) how you use or need the library; (2) sharing a special story or memory of the library; or even (3) what you would like the library to do or improve.
They are using a program called Memento to create the it. This link will connect you to the app (you don’t need to download it.)
Tips for your video:
- Make it personal and be sure to announce your name.
- We recommend a short video. Two minutes is short enough for a viewer to be engaged but long enough to make your points.
- You may upload your own video to the Memento app if you prefer.
- You can redo it as many times as you like, but be sure to SAVE IT to the small disc icon on the lower left when you are happy with it.
- We are assuming that if you are in the video, you are giving your permission to show it publicly (examples are at a Selectman’s meeting, on Dighton Cable, library social media or website, newsletter, etc.)
We are asking that videos are recorded by January 30. If you have any questions, please contact Karen Gannon of the Friends of the Dighton Public Library.
