Enjoy a 60 minute vinyasa (flow) class. Learn to pair breath with movement to help quiet your mind while gaining strength and flexibility, in addition to having some fun along the way.
All levels are welcome – no previous yoga experience required.
What to bring:
- mat
- water
- comfortable clothes
- belt/strap
- blanket (for cranky knees)
- foam block
