Harnessing your Superpower: ADHD Workshop Series

Local author and ADHD advocate Rosalyn Price English visits the Library to lead two hands-on workshops designed to help students take charge of their learning and build real-world success skills. Children will discover how their brains work and learn simple strategies to overcome procrastination and avoidance. Session One is on Thursday August 13th at 12:30 and focuses on understanding what the brain needs to function at its best. Session Two is on Thursday August 20th at 12:30 and turns that knowledge into real-world strategies for school and everyday life. While designed for middle school students, these sessions are also valuable for parents, caregivers, and adults with ADHD, so all are welcome. Both sessions are free to attend, but registration is required.
